Each lens is created individually for your prescription and eyes, almost like a fingerprint, and arrives as a larger disc. Our optician then cuts and fits it to your exact frame, right here in the shop.

Great glasses start with an accurate prescription. Every comprehensive exam with Dr. Lauren Mordue, OD, is booked for a full hour. Dr. Mordue trained at the New England College of Optometry in Boston and sees patients of all ages, from keiki to kupuna. Every exam includes, with no upcharges:
- Digital refraction
- Optomap widefield retinal imaging
- OCT scans of the macula and optic nerve
- Eye pressure testing and corneal topography

We're inside Lau Hala Shops on Kailua Road, a quick trip along Kamehameha Highway or Kaneohe Bay Drive. Parking is free in the lot behind Lau Hala Shops or in the garage by Longs Drugs.
