How do I request my prescription or medical records?

What do I do if I have an eye emergency?
Call or text us right away at (808) 501-2020. If we're outside office hours and you're experiencing sudden vision loss, a chemical exposure, or serious eye injury, please go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
What insurance do you accept?
