How do I get access to the patient portal?
Your portal account is created after your first visit at Out to See. You just enter the email you provided during registration. You will receive a verification code in your email to open your portal. No need for a password, it's simple. Having trouble? Contact us and we can help.
Can I book appointments through the portal?
Absolutely! Appointments can be booked through the portal or on our online booking page.
Can I download or share my prescription?
Yes — your current eyeglass and contact lens prescriptions are available to view and download from the portal anytime. Need us to send them to another provider? Just reach out and we'll handle it.
Is the portal secure?
Absolutely. The portal is HIPAA-compliant and uses fully encrypted connections to protect your personal health information. Only you can access your account with your credentials.
