How do I get access to the patient portal?

Your portal account is created after your first visit at Out to See. You'll receive an invitation email from RevolutionEHR to set up your login. Didn't get it? Contact us and we'll resend the invite right away.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

On the portal login page, click “Forgot Password” and follow the prompts to reset via email. Still stuck? Call or text us at (808) 501-2020 and we'll help you get back in.

Can I book appointments through the portal?

Appointments are booked through our online booking page. The patient portal is focused on viewing records, prescriptions, and completing intake forms.

Can I download or share my prescription?

Yes — your current eyeglass and contact lens prescriptions are available to view and download from the portal anytime. Need us to send them to another provider? Just reach out and we'll handle it.

Is the portal secure?

Absolutely. The portal is HIPAA-compliant and uses fully encrypted connections to protect your personal health information. Only you can access your account with your credentials.
