Accessing the portal:

Your username will be the email address that you provided to our office. Text or call us to request access and we will generate a temporary password for you. You will be prompted to change your password upon first login. If you need help you can reach out to our office. Use of the portal is completely optional.

What can be done through the portal?

• Updating any information changes such as mailing addresses, phone numbers, email addresses.

• View upcoming appointments and appointment history.

• View your eyeglass and/or contact lens prescriptions from Out to See.

• Check the status of your glasses and contact lens orders.

• View billing and payment history.
