We are in network with Tricare Prime and Tricare Select plans. Tricare Prime covers exams every 12 months for active duty plans and every 24 months for retiree plans. Tricare Select covers exams every 12 months for active duty plans. Tricare Select Retiree plans do not cover routine eye exams — there may be a supplemental vision plan.

Active duty members and their families receive 10% off services, prescription glasses, non-prescription sunglasses, and contact lenses. Military ID must be present.

We are in network with UHA insurance — that's University Health Alliance, not United Health Care.
